I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.
