It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here.. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been concerned about the situation. It is not po haung it is the new staff and doctors!! I would not recommend getting seen at this clinic!They call your prescriptions in to your pharmacy then when you get to the pharmacy your prescription is not there. When I go to the doctor to get treated for a bladder infection I expect to leave with every thing to get better! I left with nothing ! I personally am going to have to go to the emergency room to get proper treatment!! Now they said they will verbally call it in now but now I do not trust there judgement nor will I return to this clinic!!!!

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
