The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.
