They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Their staff is very friendly and professional. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul.
