Doctor was friendly enough and left me believing she would begin a thorough search for an accurate diagnosis. I was not scheduled a follow-up, however, knowing that nothing was determined in my first visit. The nurse was rude when I asked for clarification on instructions. I was called with lab results, but no follow-up scheduled. I called to update that I was still feeling very unwell and was assured the doctor would determine what action was needed and call back. This did not happen. I called again and was assured that someone would call back with an update. This did not happen. She made no diagnosis, provided no relieve, and showed no interest in caring for me if I could not be cured in a single visit.
