Use to love going to this doctors office but since they joined forces with CHI I hate it this place, I’m not allowed to bring my service dog who is in training so I will no longer be seeing my Dr that I have seen for years. I canceled all of my fiancé’s appointment’s I will cancel his heart dr appointments as he is also connected to CHI their views on service dogs in training is pure BS. I had a higher chance of being bitten by the little brat who was running amuck in the Doctors office yesterday than anybody being bitten by my dog. Hell you would have had a higher chance of being hit by a dam car because you can’t see over the over grown hedges at the drive way. I’ll find Tom a Dr who is affiliated with Erlanger screw you CHI I’ll never forgive any of you for this.

The wait is RIDICULOUSLY long. Office staff is atrociously rude. They wait list you based on your payment in FULL before you get to see Dr and NOT based on when you sign in or your appointment time. A little backwards! Nurses are not very helpful. The doctor(s) are always overbooked. They don't really seem to know what they're doing 1/2 the time or they're avoiding their job by referring you to specialists for E V E R Y T H I N G. I did better by using research skills on the internet than the information they give.
