I like this practice and in particular Dr. Duff and her PA. Both are extremely attentive and caring. I have been assured that if Dr. Duff or her PA cannot see me that someone in the practice will. This assurance is great because there are times when you are truly sick and need to see someone that day. However, I have not had to use another doctor because I've always been able to get in and see Dr. Duff or her PA.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The staff was warm and welcoming, which I appreciated. They are very friendly there. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
