They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

I have been seeng Dr. Beasey for 10 years now and I love him! He cares for hs regular patients like I have not seen many do.. t is difficult to get an actual appointment with him whch I dislke. The front office staff workers are usually rude and I dont' like that ether. They will NOT gve hm messages if I call about medicaton or another appointment and they act like they don't know who I am when I go there every 3 months and look them in the eye. They see as many people float in and out of there as Dr. Beasey does and he excuse for bad customer service..if they dislike their job so much, they should qut and go work at Taco Bell or somethng. The office is nice, easy to find, good parking, clean...and Dr. Beasey cares for you.. I love him!

They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I noticed that the waiting room chairs were pretty average at this office. Nothing too luxurious but not bad. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. While I hadappointments with this doctor for months, I only saw him once or twice. I usually had to see his nurse practitioner. Then to make matters worse, neither the nurse nor the doctor would LISTEN to me when I told them the medications I was on were NOT working but making me worse. Both the nurse and doctor pretty much acted like my thyroid problems were MY fault instead of doing further REQUIRED testin than bloodwork.
