DO NOT go see this dr. Had surgery done over by another Dr, who told me the first surgery was botched. I felt worse after I had the first surgery (septoplasty). I also got the feeling on follow up that he could care less.

DO NOT GO SEE THIS DOCTOR. You will leave with more problems than you came with. Dr. Giles had no idea how to help me because I had an allergic reaction and my face was swollen. He left me in the room for 10 minutes so I finally came out of the room to see where he was and he was on the computer on webmd and google images trying to find an answer. I am capable of using Google at home. He then said he would get blood work done to help when i went to a specialist. He did not have me tested for any allergies. When I got the special appointment with the allergist he pulled the lab results and Dr. Giles had me tested for a rare genetic blood disorder. I had to pay over $500 for the lab work and then had to waste my time and money seeing an allergist when I had not even been tested for an allergy. His office refused to pay for any of it. He is crazy and uses Google to practice medicine.. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
