As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
