I had a baby girl 14 years ago that was delivered by Dr. L William Goldstein by c-section because my umblical cord felled out. I was 24 weeks pregnant .But when he was cutting my stomach to get her out he cut the skin on the left side of her head and eye.Although the hospital tried to cover it up by doing plastic surgery right away. My daughter still have the two cut marks over her eye and part of her head on the left side. She has self esteem problems because of being bullied .She is often asked by others if she had brain surgery. No compensation was offered by Dr. Goldstein or the hospital. I thought it would go away since she had plastic surgery but it didn't it go away instead it got bigger and more noticeable. When I wanted to sue him a lawyer told me the statue of limitations had ran out for it. But I am here to forewarn any other women. Don't let that happen to you. Don't let them try to cover over the doctor mistakes. Get you a lawyer right away and get what you and your child deserve. Because he won't take responsibility for what he has done on his own.
