He is a sociopath w/ an inflated sense of self-worth. He knows he's the laughing stock of the medical community too, which is why he gets huffy if a patient has a primary doctor(s) who isn't him. I called his office & asked if he would be willing to test me for Lyme Disease b/c I wanted to rule it out as the cause of my symptoms. My neurologist wouldn't run the test b/c he didn't think there was a chance I had it. Williams was friendly until he suggested I make him my main neurologist, & I told him I couldn't afford to b/c he doesn't take insurance. I now learn why he hated hearing that so much; he CAN'T take insurance due to insurance fraud claims against him! He tried to charge me for 2 office visits when he only evaluated me once and made a passive aggressive remark about me getting "some deal from him" since I paid the student rate he WILLINGLY offers. He cares about money and only money.His nurse wasn't too bright either; I had to explain to her how to do the bloodwork because she didn't get it.

Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business.
