They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I have concerns over her staffing, but we are working together to resolve these. She takes even critism seriously. Took me five years to find a dr who actually listens to the patient.
