Dr M Chappell]treated me for over 8 years for chronic pain from being ran over by a car. Dr Chappell kept rising my dosage to toxic levels & I had to go to Crossroads to get off Chappells drugs. I went to Dr Chappell to get meds for my stomach because I didnt want to be on methadone & he wouldnt even give me Zofran for my stomach ! Chappell said he wouldnt feel comfortable treating me after it was him that toxified me almost to death with100 mcg Fentenyl patches, Roxicodone 30mg 150 a month !
& then he has the NUTS to tell me he dosent feel comfortable to treat me with Zofran stomach medicine, & Clonodine for tremors??? DOES SOMETHING SOUND QUEER HERE???

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.
