Don't have any problems great staff

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Dr Fraioli is very professional and a competent physician, we as a family have been very happy with him. a very different story regarding his staff; not professional, not personable, not competent. In just this current week we have had multiple issues. My son is new with this practice wa seen by dr Fraioli , was told he was to have blood drawn, no one in the office explained to this 19 yr old that he would have it done right there. He went all the way home(30 minutes) at which time I had to tell him to go back to have his blood drawn,...they just let him leave...unaware! He was already not feeling well, so it was disconcerting to have to go all the way back due to the office staff not directing him. I am a RN, I called the office just today to request a copy of my most recent physical, that staff replied very rudely " what do you mean you want a copy of your last physical." "What is it that you need from your last physical?" A very simple request turned out to be a 10 minute conversation. a message was left yesterday by office staff for my son to call or his bloodwork resultsr. He called the office this morning and was left on hold for several minutes, when staff returned to the phone, she asked if she could call him back. Due to the many inconveniences put on us by the office support staff as of today I am the 1st of our family of 5 will not continue with Dr Fraioli solely due to the actions of his staff. He needs to do an overhaul of his entire office.
