I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it.
