Terrible experience with this provider. Wish I could give negative stars!

I have been under the care of a urologist elsewhere for roughly 25 years and saw Dr. Gilbert to get established as a patient new to the area and treat an active issue. He is without a doubt the rudest most dismissive “professional” I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. He couldn’t understand why I was there because he hadn’t taken more than 10 seconds to glance at my chart - clearly didn’t even read the notes from the nurse who took my vitals and interviewed me, because he noted completely inaccurate information in my after-visit notes.

I was constantly interrupted when I tried to explain my history, express concerns, or ask questions

To top it all off they LOST a urine sample done right in their office two weeks prior to ensure a lingering UTI had cleared and the nurse who returned my call was just as rude as the doctor and kept referring to the previous lab work done elsewhere and telling me to schedule another! Sure, I’d love to spend even more money and be inconvenienced yet again to continue being sick.

I will definitely be entrusting my health to a true professional who doesn’t hate his job and employs caring staff.

I only saw him for 1 min in hospital. I've been to Delta Medix several times and not seen him. I've seen one of his staff for 2 min, No one explained to me what are my options are or how might my condition might progress. I am very dissatisfied with delta medix whole operation, I heard there are good doctors there but I haven't seen one. I assume I can't change doctors at Delta Medix, so I am looking for a good doctor not associated with Delta Medix.
