This review is for the medical office only, not the optical shop which I will review separately. While the front desk staff is sometimes very busy, they are very nice and always helpful. Doctors Greenbaum and DiGiovanni are both thorough and answer all of my questions. The waiting room is very pleasant, clean and comfortable, relaxing, and beautifully decorated with original art work. Support staff on the medical side are friendly, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend these doctors and the practice generally, with the exception of the optical shop.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.
