Just decided to leave this office (street road location). My toddler's last 6 appointments all took over an hour even though we were on time for the appointment. Sometimes he was left waiting in only a diaper in an exam room with me for 45 minutes while we wondered if they forgot about us. This is unfair to the patients and does not show respect for busy parents schedules. An hour and a half for a wellness check? No thank you. I will find someplace else.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate.
