Dr. Reiley performed a circumcision on my son when he was born and the procedure was not done correctly so he will need to have it done again. I called Red Rose Pediatrics several times asking to speak to Dr. Reily just to have some questions answered and get some general information - I was denied this because we are not a patient at this practice. The nurse manager I originally spoke to avoided returning my initial phone call and them pawned me off on someone else who gave me no help as well. Dr. Reiley is contracted with Women and Babies but that apparently does not give me any rights to ask questions about the procedure she performed on my son. I was told that Dr. Reiley would not even remember the surgery she performed on my son so therefore it would be a let down for me to speak to her. When I asked if she could review his birth records prior to returning my phone call I was told 'no' as well that she doesn't have time to do such things. Even though my son is not a patient at this particular practice, I have every right to speak to the medical "professional" who performed a surgical procedure on my son, especially since it was done incorrectly. I have attempted to be civil about this matter, but am getting nowhere. Very poor customer service all around!!
