They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.
