My only experience with Dr. Sheppard was over the phone, when my regular doctor wasn't available and I was reporting an allergic reaction to an antibiotic. Dr. Sheppard returned my call remarkably quickly and was attentive and kind. I believe he was at the hospital at the time, but I never felt rushed or that he was simply waiting to get off the phone. He asked if I had any other questions, told me to call back if I thought of anything, and wished me well.

I've had several bad experiences with other doctors at MountainView OB-GYN in Hanover, PA. I had planned to see Dr. Sheppard if I had to return there, but now he seems to have disappeared! I'm sorry I can't find him but I do hope he has found a good situation for himself.

After a miscarriage at 12 weeks pregnant, Dr. Sheppard preformed a D&C for me. He was wonderful. He treated both my husband and I with respect, care (we were not treated as just another customer), and support. He was very professional and at the same time, he came accross as a doctor that genuinely cared for his patients. He answered all our questions with a sense of great knowledge which left me with a sense of trust, reassurance, and security from any harm. I have been so pleased with Dr. Sheppard, that I have scheduled all my appointments since with him. I would highly recommend Dr. Sheppard to anyone that is looking for a well rounded OBGYN that is very knowledgable in his field and will treat you as a human being with feelings and respect. Thank you to Dr. Sheppard for all the help, guidance, and respect along our hard journey to have a baby.
