I cannot count on this office to work with me and help me get better. It is ALL about the money. When I showed up for my first appointment they told me I could not see the Dr. until I provided them with the billing address of my insurance company. They had the name of the company, a phone number, a claim number and a contact, but they would not move forward without me providing the billing address and I did not have the information one me. I had my BCBS insurance card with me but that was not good enough to get me into the Dr. I can understand the need for billing information, they need to get paid, but they could have been professional enough to call me and notify me of this requirement so I could have brought it with me. I had called them the morning of the appointment to confirm the appointment but they never told me about the address until I showed up at their office. I've never seen a provider act so unprofessional. They obviously do not care about how disorganized their staff is or how they are treating their patients. Their office looked dingy and rundown and there were no patients in their waiting room. Now I know why.
