The doctor and nurse and extremely thorough and do not rush their visits. When I had issues and had to contact the doctor by phone he always calls back; sometimes in the evening (which I view as a sign of dedication) The doctor took the time to review my previous records and mri results and explained them to me in great detail so I now have a real understanding of what happened. I recommend him very highly.

They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all.

I had a series of strokes in my early 40's. I have no risk factors, no family history, and was connected to Dr. Graham through my stay at Paoli Hospital (where his practice is on call). His charting was inaccurate, his staff would tell me me "Oh the Dr. is just so busy" whenever I'd try and schedule follow-up appointments; appointments that they asked me to schedule. I had a serious reaction to medication and called them - it took them 10 days to return my call by which point I had already had to chase down the solution by finding a completely different doctor. They ordered no follow-up tests to try and determine what happened or why, and tried to select my 2nd opinion doctor for me (which I found incredibly inappropriate). I spent the better part of a year feeling like a walking time bomb until I found a different neurologist who didn't answer all of my questions or concerns with "this is your new normal" and then expect me to just accept that. Thank goodness I found a different practice who took the time and effort to actually pay attention to and follow-up on my life threatening conditions.

They have a great "reputation", have been named "Best on the Mainline" - but my experience could not have been worse.
