Whenever I have called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel smart for calling. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. Dr Berne gives me ample time to doscuss current health status and needs; she treats me as a family member.
