I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.
