They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

Everyone should be aware of the fact that this business is not in a very safe neighborhood. It was not what I was expecting and I was pretty scared to get out of my car. They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. He does not have the standard equipment and takes only about 5 minutes with a patient. Would not recommend him.
