the office was modern, clean, and attempted to streamline processes (for example, weight was taken must faster with an electronic scale, and instead of filling out paperwork, information was provided directly to the staff member inputting into the computer system).

The doctor and her medical student both washed their hands before my visit, were attentive and explained their diagnostic process (and apologized for the temporary discomfort that was necessary to the process).

My only complaint, is they allow ubiquitous cell phone use, which is extremely unpleasant in the large waiting room where half a dozen people were yacking away. It's annoying in general, but when you are sick, loud yammering can exacerbate your symptoms.
