It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.
