They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
