Dr. Daniel Duran and Professional staff are fantastic. I've always had great experiences there.

However, their receptionist "Bethany" has always been very rude and preoccupied either texting or surfing the interent, talking to other coworkers or preoccupied with non-business related issues.

I always expect to be put on hold when calling to schedule an appointment or ask questions relative to appointments.

It's a shame when I, and my family and a few friends who are patients of Dr Duran's; are considering leaving the practice due to the reception.
A receptionist should hold their personal standards as high as the practice's as they are directly representing the physicians and th professinal staff.

We do not want to have to change our FCP, however, if "Bethany" does not start treating patients with respect and kindness, it may be an appropriate move for all of us to make.

Dr Duran paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. .
