I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. Their staff was friendly enough,. The chairs in the waiting room at this doctor's office were definitely above average. I was comfortable. For a family doctor, he was rather cold and unfriendly. I would prefer it if he weren't so distant and impersonal. The staff was clearly well trained in most areas. That training enabled them to be quite helpful to me with most of my questions. The Dr. is not someone I care to see again. His manner was distant and his inspection was superficial . He was not forthcoming with information, what type of infection I had, how I may have contracted it.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.
