The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

Reguardless of when your appointment may be or how early you arrive, you will wait atleast a half hour to be seen by the doctor. However, as you're waiting you can listen to all of the personal details of the other patients' ailments because the walls&doors are so paper thin. The office is in desperate need of an overhaul. The only things that don't scream 1980's are the flat screen pumping pharma ads and the fancy new laptops. Dr. Bingaman's bedside manner is flat and her concern is clearly in getting "them" in and out. God forbid you need test results back...after waiting days and weeks after promised, you will hear every excuse there is from reception and in the end Bingaman will not call you back, but the nurse will give you the results with no clear answer as to what to do next. She could be worse though-she could be that English (explitive deleted), Sharon. Long story short, nurse Sharon will make you feel as if health care is a priviledge and she is the guard who grudgingly allows you to pass only after jumping through extensive hoops. Don't waste your time or health on this practice. Go elsewhere. You've been warned.
