Known by many as the "hometown doctor." He's the type that has made house calls, done counseling over the phone, remembers the little details about my job or interests--shows he cares-- and just seems to have that genuine look of care and compassion in his eyes....They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

Yes, it's usually postponed at least a week

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
