The staff person refused to get a message to the doctor and would not refill a maintenance medication because I was not seen during the year of the pandemic. The staff person's manner and tone were nothing less than NASTY. Too bad Dr. Kolber has such horrible office staff. Hopefully, she looks at the reviews for all the clients lost - my husband, my son, and I have joined them all in finding a new dermatologist!
