I have been calling for appointment and my ointment refill. I found out here that they are no longer there. No one notified us. It is so hard to get a dermatologist appointment. It will take 3 months or more. They bill you so quick and just to inform you that they are no longer there I think is very unprofessional and rude. Dr. Nelson is so sweet and very good. I am sad that she is not around to be my and son's dermatologist.
