I have had Dr Shogry since 2006. I have CHF, Cardiomyopathy, and Left Bundle Branch Block. I love him. I am so happy he is my cardiologist. He is very intelligent, and does not think he knows everything, when something was wrong with my ICD he sent me to AGH, " because those were the guys that put it in." he said. Dr. Shogry was right. Something was punctured when the ICD was implanted. I had fluid around my heart. I could have died. He is the most caring, kind and considerate doctor. I love his bedside manner. He has a really good sense of humor, and doesn't take himself to seriously! God Bless Dr. Shogry!!

Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. One thing I appreciated was that the chairs in their waiting room were way above average. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs. I could have easily fallen asleep while waiting for my appointment.
