It is my sad understanding Dr Ron Pennock has passed, but..... since this site did not do its research his name appears here. He is/was an exceptionally man that saw potential in everyone. so I had to answer these questions in order to leave this note. I apologize if it seems disrespectful. He was a friend to me.
I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I was so impressed with their excellent care that I told everyone I know about them. Anyone that needs a cardiologist should definitely use them.
