Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. My appointments get canceled here a lot. I usually just go to someone else in the area because I can't count on them ever. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else.
