I don't have to wait long at all after I arrive for my appointments. The front desk is always polite and understanding unlike other offices I've visited. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Dr. Nielsen is caring and professional. I drive about 20min. to this office,but it is well worth it. She's the best pedetrician around. I love how much attention to detail she shows.
