They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was ok. I was pretty comfortable the entire time. My overall experience with this provider was terrible. I was so disappointed! Literature about women's issues were no where to be found in this OBGYN's office. This OBGYN was not at all considerate in checking to see if I was in pain during the exam. This was the worst I have ever been treated in my life was told on way to dr for miscarriage which was cramping and clotting that they would not be able to see me because dr was switching insurance I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT. Really couldn't you have waited and told me after I finished miscarriage. On top of found out my insurance was accepted for there. Needed care then. Ps thank you for your concern for my health. Nurses and receptionist were also very cold and rude.
