This doctors office is the worst experience ever! The RUDE HATEFUL UNCARING staff is why. Dr. Gibbs is dry yet professional. If it wasn't for the hateful staff then I would recommend her. I have waited one and a half hours with no apology on the phone trying to get help and ask questions. Scheduling is impossible as well. They refused to see my daughter who has been there 10 times and had a surgery because she forgot her insurance card. I said I could bring it within 5 minutes because we live close and they refused to see her! They were very rude to me and we had harsh words. I am filing a complaint through United health care. Don't bother with this office unless you want to be fighting mad about the way you are treated here!

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive, however i didn't wait long enough to really get into one. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Not at all! They were always present and attentive

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
