Dr. Friedman answered every question we every asked, and never made us feel stupid for asking them. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and we felt like we made informed decisions. He was very personable, and we felt lime he truly cared about us. He never pushed us towards any decision, and we appreciate everything he has done for us.
