They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Dr. Toma is on top of things and I trust her knowledge and care implicitly. She is friendly and personable which helps tremendously in a cancer clinic. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.
