The staff here could have been a lot more friendly, considering this is a family doctor. I did not feel very welcome. She was always an hour late. I even scheduled my appointment to be the first after lunch. No one in waiting room. Then I see a salesman breeze in. I am then taken to the exam room, changed out of clothes, sit and wait 35 minutes. She is still with the salesman. Another time, I told them I had hurt my hand and would certainly end up in x-ray, so why not get that done first instead of waiting in the waiting room . No way- so 30 minutes to see her, get to the exam room , another 15 minutes, then sure enough get sent down to x-ray, so I lost my whole place in line. Definitely non-apologetic for anything, and now I have learned she has also totally misdiagnosed a friend of mine's without any compassion for the outcome of what it caused. Honestly the questions of music and cologne, what? I even wrote a letter to the hospital outlining my concern for her attitude and treatment of patients.
