Dr. Cruzan was my provider for many years when I lived in Oklahoma. I have recently moved back to Oklahoma and look forward to being under his care again.

I referred my dad to Dr. Cruzan. Dr. Cruzan is especially caring and provided for my dad until his death two years ago. He always asked my dad how I was doing when my dad saw him. Now that is very caring!

I have always been very pleased with the care I have received from Dr. Cruzan. I would recommend him to my friends and family.
