I had been going I this clinic for 2 yrs and when I informed the Dr, that my 5mo baby had been wheezing and in contact with someone with RSV and tried getting him seen before the weekend, he and his nurse informed me that they couldn't work him in. I wrote a letter to Dr Cotton telling him, politely, how I was disappointed and that my newborn was out on a respirator and needed breathing treatments due to RSV. Two days later I receive a letter stating that he will not see my family anymore.
Like I would have returned to his clinic after his inappropriate behavior, anyways.
