He is an amazing Dr. We are never made to feel rushed, any questions or concerns are always addressed and answered professionally. He made my kid feel secure. I am sad that he is no longer seeing patients.

During lunch at the Hammett House Restaurant circa 1996, I fell from my chair because of vetricle fribbilation, a heart disease I didn't known I had. Dr. Steinbrook, a patron in the same restaurant, immediately took charge on the scene providing professional and timely medical procedures that seemed to sustain life until emergency responders arrived with their electronic paddle and, some said, used it seven or eight times before my heart resumed beating, I understand. Later, at the hospital, my chart read "from death," and my cardiologist said i was "dead" more than 20 minutes. Because of Dr.Steinbook, and an equally able emergency room nurse whose brother was Claremore Chief of Police and now mayor, also voluntarily worked on my limp corpse, I am told. Long afterwards, I socially met both of them and thanked them as well as the fire fighters and ambulance responders who assisted. Dr. Steinbrook, a graduate of the Oklahoma State University School of Osteopathic Medicine that I years before had played a role in start-up, practices in the Omni Medical Group where my regular family physican, Mike Cooper, is a practicioner and likewise and OSU Osteopathic medicine graduate. Two great doctors and fine citizens.
