They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
