Number 1 problem and I consider it a major problem.......No one called or faxed my script to Walmart!!!! I drove all the way over to Bechtle Walmart where they said they would "e" it.....NOTHING...waited 2 hrs before checking to give them adequate time!!!! I felt they should have sent it to the Belllefontaine walmart anyway!!! I had to call he office today and I HOPE they send it to our Walmart or I won't get it!!!!
Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met. It just wasn't a complete answer for my problem. The office was easy enough to find.

I visited this office with my mother. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. The office was very easy to locate. In fact, I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is one of the most friendly, welcoming staffs I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. It was nice to see them treat their staff and their clients with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members and they treat their patients with respect as well.
